Monin, a family-owned business founded in 1912, offers more than 100 premium gourmet flavorings. Their products are made with the finest ingredients and flavors from around the world. Monin features unsurpassed versatility, flavor authenticity and a long shelf life without refrigeration. All Monin Products are GMO free, gluten free and Kosher certified. Monin flavored syrups are sweetened exclusively with pure cane sugar, not high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

Monin is commited to environmental sustainability. Beside offering their products in recyclable bottles and packaging, Monin has a comprehensive recycling program in place at the production plant, warehouse and offices. They recycle a wide variety of items including production discards, paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and more. Additionally, they are excited about their new “MONIN® 2 Bees” syrup recycling program. MONIN® syrup that can no longer be sold is sent to a Florida beekeeper where it is used as bee feed. With the rise of “Colony Collapse Disorder” dramatically reducing the bee population in recent years, helping to “save the bees” gains particular relevance. Bee pollination directly influences every third bite of food that humans consume.

Monin is a proud partner and supporter of Grounds for Health, an international non-profit organization founded to provide health care services to coffee-growing communities.

Monin has been a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) since 1993. The SCAA is the trade association for the specialty coffee industry, with a focus on excellence. One of the SCAA's primary functions is to set the industry's standards for growing, roasting and brewing coffee.
