*In order to start the service on time, our team will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We ask that the Event Contact be onsite and available at that time. Electricity Requirements (only applies to Espresso and Blended Beverage carts) *

• I confirm that The Funky Brewster will have access to one 110/120v outlet on a dedicated circuit within 15 feet of the serving area. (Please confirm two separate circuits for events with more than 150 espresso drinks or smoothies.)

• The service I chose does not require electricity.

*Please note, our Espresso Carts require a dedicated, standard 120v circuit. Sharing power with any other devices or equipment may lead to power outages during your event. Read more about our electrical needs and what to expect at your event.

*Unless prior arrangements have been made with and agreed to by The Funky Brewster, payment is due in full on or before the date of the event. A 50% deposit may be required in order to confirm your event. Once confirmed, events cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total invoice amount.

How much does Coffee Cart Catering cost?

The Funky Brewster offers a variety of services, with a minimum of one hour of barista service and up to 50 drinks. Every event is unique, and we want to ensure we are providing you with an estimate that meets all of your needs without including options you don't need. Our goal is to reduce the chance of surprises when you receive your final invoice. Each custom quote is based on several factors:

All custom quotes are calculated before sales tax and optional gratuity has been added.Please note, our custom quotes are based on the information given at the time of booking. Should any information change once your event has been confirmed, there may be additional charges accrued.
