Event Confirmation Form and Service Agreement

This form will serve as the confirmation of the estimate you received via email & service agreement for your event. Once your event is confirmed, you will receive a link to view and pay your Deposit (if booked more than 14 days in advance) or your Invoice (if booked less than 14 days in advance). Changes may still be made as needed up to 72 hours before your service begins.

Please include as much information as possible to ensure a well-prepared barista and a smooth, successful event!

Our baristas will arrive to the event location about an hour before the event begins.
*In order to start the service on time, our team will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We ask that the Event Contact be onsite and available at that time. On the occasion that we begin serving late due to our contact being unavailable, the scheduled end time will remain the same.
