Our Coffee-On-The-Go option allows our clients to offer prepared brewed coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate as an alternative to, or in addition to, our handcrafted espresso beverages. This service is perfect for serving a large number of people in a short window of time. We recommend having one of our traveling baristas there to serve, restock, and clean as necessary, but we also offer a self-serve option to help you stay within your budget!

A minimum order of $200 (which may include coffee-on-the-go and pastries) is required for Coffee On-the-Go. Please call at least 48 hours before service to ensure prompt delivery. Prices include delivery to your location within a 10-mile radius of our offices. Gratuity is not included.
All of our Coffee-on-the-Go events include cups, lids, condiments and signage. if you choose to have one of our traveling baristas serve, we will bring a table and linens with us. If you choose the self-serve option, we ask that you provide a table and linens. We are happy to provide tables, linens, and other catering options for an additional cost.

All services are quoted before tax and optional gratuity. Additional hours, drinks, beverage sizes and baristas are available upon request. Our Coffee Cart packages do not apply to weddings, teacher appreciations, holidays or trade shows. In order to provide our clients with the best service possible, we reserve the right to limit our packages during weeks with high volume. Trip charges apply to events outside of our noted service area. An additional hourly fee will be charged for any events ending after 9pm or beginning before 5am.
The Funky Brewster requires 48 hours notice of cancellation. For events cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled service, up to 50% of the total invoice will be charged. If the client chooses to reschedule at the time of cancellation, the fee will be waived. Please note, The Funky Brewster reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to inclement weather conditions which present reasonable danger to our baristas or equipment.
The Funky Brewster requires payment be made on or before the event date, and we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, business checks, and cash.
