We offer fruit smoothies using a crushed fruit concentrate blended with ice. Our menu includes three flavors of fruit smoothies. Guests order these options separately or layer them to create a unique smoothie flavor! Our smoothies contain 100% dairy and gluten free ingredients with no sugar added.
Coffee Freeze Cart
Looking for a frozen coffee option? We also offer a Coffee Freeze menu, with three flavors of coffee freezes. We use our cold brew coffee blended with milk, ice, and flavoring to create delicious caramel, mocha and coffee smoothies.
Italian Soda Cart
Our traditional Italian Sodas and Italian Cream Sodas are a delicious alternative to our handcrafted coffee drinks. We offer a variety of flavors. So your guests can choose either one or two of our all natural fruit syrups to create their own Italian Soda flavor.

a message from our founder
Coffee.
I fell in love with coffee when I was 15 years old. Not because I liked coffee back then, but because of the way it made me feel as I sat at a local coffeehouse with my friends. It was about connecting with people over a warm mug.
Since then, I’ve grown to love the relationship it brings even more, and I’ve also grown to love the bean! Howard Schultz, Starbucks CEO, once said, “We are not in the coffee business serving people, but we are in the people business, serving coffee.” I love learning everything about coffee, from the countries of origin and the people who grow, handpick, and process it, to the technique in the roasting process, to the perfect brew.
People.
But I also love learning about people, watching old friends connect or introducing people to each other as they linger at our carts. With a business that revolves around my two passions, coffee and people, I get to do what I love every day, and still have time for the most important relationships in my life.
Our Colorado team runs smoothly because of my friends, our Colorado manager, Amy, and our maintenance and purchasing manager, Zach. They attentively serve our baristas and clients, and I couldn’t run a business in two states without them! My husband, Kent, is an integral part of The Funky Brewster, serving as our tech support and website guru, and putting up with my entrepreneurial, crazy side. I also have two sons, Jake and Ben. Jake is 15 and I have the privilege of working alongside him as he steps into The Funky Brewster as his first job. Ben is 11, and also helps out with the business as needed. I am thankful to have a network of support in both Colorado and California to help me realize my dream of caffeinating and connecting people, one funky cup of coffee at a time!
