Starbucks Coffee Company does not offer catering services. The Funky Brewster is the closest thing! Our owner is a former Starbucks store manager with over 18 years of experience. In fact, one of the original reasons our company began was due to people continually asking about starbucks catering.

We combine our passion for coffee with our love for connecting people to bring the coffeehouse experience to your location. Our coffee shops on wheels are available for all types of events, and include handcrafted espresso beverages and anti-coffee drinks made individually by our traveling baristas. We also offer smoothies, coffee freezes, brewed coffee, hot chocolate, and more to create a unique experience everyone will remember. We can’t wait to caffeinate your next event!
a message from our founder
Coffee.
I fell in love with coffee when I was 15 years old. Not because I liked coffee back then, but because of the way it made me feel as I sat at a local coffeehouse with my friends. It was about connecting with people over a warm mug.
Since then, I’ve grown to love the relationship it brings even more, and I’ve also grown to love the bean! Howard Schultz, Starbucks CEO, once said, “We are not in the coffee business serving people, but we are in the people business, serving coffee.” I love learning everything about coffee, from the countries of origin and the people who grow, handpick, and process it, to the technique in the roasting process, to the perfect brew.
People.
But I also love learning about people, watching old friends connect or introducing people to each other as they linger at our carts. With a business that revolves around my two passions, coffee and people, I get to do what I love every day, and still have time for the most important relationships in my life.
Our Colorado team runs smoothly because of my friends, our Colorado manager, Amy, and our maintenance and purchasing manager, Zach. They attentively serve our baristas and clients, and I couldn’t run a business in two states without them! My husband, Kent, is an integral part of The Funky Brewster, serving as our tech support and website guru, and putting up with my entrepreneurial, crazy side. I also have two sons, Jake and Ben. Jake is 15 and I have the privilege of working alongside him as he steps into The Funky Brewster as his first job. Ben is 11, and also helps out with the business as needed. I am thankful to have a network of support in both Colorado and California to help me realize my dream of caffeinating and connecting people, one funky cup of coffee at a time!

The service area and extended service area for our Denver location in Colorado includes all cities in the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and the cities in between. Many events also catered in nearby mountains, the highest of which was at 11,000 feet! This location has been part of the communities of Englewood, Parker, the Denver Tech Center, and surrounding cities and in operation since 2007.

Many events also catered in San Diego county. This location has been part of the communities of Irvine, Huntington Beach, and surrounding cities and in operation since 2014.
